At present, SPARTAN operates from its network of offices with headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. The location of these offices are carefully selected so as to ensure that customer support can be provided in the most efficient and timely manner. Our comprehensive service and support includes:

Helpdesk

Customers can log in a request for service or seek technical assistance via our Helpdesk through phone call, email or fax. Our dedicated support teams are ready to provide quick and precise troubleshooting.

   

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services

Our dedicated teams of field support engineers are available seven days a week to offer inspection, onsite repair, installation and maintenance service.

SPARTAN maintenance services include preventive maintenance, site-based engineers, remote diagnosis, supply and warehousing of spare parts, and loaning of equipments.

   

Repair Services

SPARTAN is the authorized and certified repair centre for the brands that we represent. Only genuine parts are used for all warranty and non-warranty repair.

   

Training Centre

SPARTAN offers user training, seminar on all our products and solutions at our office or customers’ place. Users will learn to configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot the hardware and software.

   

Consulting Services

SPARTAN offers customers a wide variety of consulting services, which include efficiency planning, business process design, and network configuration and methodologies. We place great emphasis on analyzing customers’ goals and directions before development and implementation. Our professional consulting team conducts field survey at your warehouse or operations unit to review existing system. We seek to provide an integrated solution that fits our customers’ needs today and in the future.
